Whose is that tiny voice in your head?


Today's exercise is simple to read and hard to do. I want you to think of a time you lost out because you were too scared to take action. A regret, something you thought you couldn't do that you now realise was possible all along. Be honest with yourself.

In this article about why our fears are hard to shift we explore the idea that we still hear the voices from our childhood. Let's consider the possibility that we can put these voices to rest and take charge of our future.
