Last week I've had more opportunity than usual to get out and meet new people. I spent Tuesday lunchtime at Balans in Scone. It's the biggest Pilates studio in Scotland. They host training sessions for Pilates instructors every week and they invited me to demonstrate the new Kinetic Pilates moves that I'll be streaming into classes in October.
