Find Your Resolve!

You don't have to finish that tub of chocolates, you know...?

Stick 'em in the freezer and get on with January.

This newsletter is for the New to Pilates People. If you're already a Pilates lover, take a moment to think back to all the people you caught up with at Christmas. I bet you heard stuff like "Seems like yesterday...", "This year I'm definitely going to..." or "Age doesn't come by itself..." conversations. Do your loved ones a favour and forward/share this with them right now. Then follow this link yourself to a free easy to follow Pilates programme to get you back in the swing. You're welcome!

For the Newbies!

Did you make it along to one of the free Pilates sessions in December? I hope so! If not, you still have time for a try out before the next block begins at the end of January. On 19th and 26th January at 12.45pm we'll have 2 classes at the St Anne's Hall, Forfar Road, Coupar Angus. They're specially designed to give you all the basic knowledge you need to make your mind up about Pilates. You'll learn about the breath control, the basic movements and you'll meet some new Pilates friends. Each class costs just £6 and you'll have the opportunity to book into the next 5 week block of classes running at the end of January and throughout February. This is a great deal because it dispenses with the need for a £40/1 hour induction and gives you a cheaper entry to the Pilates world. The class size is limited and it's the best way to be assured of a space in the next block so if you want to give it a go email me here today.
