The best method that I use to make sure this happens is to keep my clients flexible enough to make consistent shots. I spend a lot of my research and professional development time on this.
To ensure clients' flexibility we embark on a mobility and flexibility programme before progressing to the functional fitness and the final golf strengthening exercises.
