The power of seven workshops were so much fun. We had a great range of ages and abilities all working hard and even smiling! This made it all the more obvious how exact the science behind the seven and a half minutes circuit actually is. We went into this in quite a lot of detail during the Workshops but essentially the format of each 30 second exercise is designed to bring the greatest cardiovascular return while continuing to simultaneously tone the body. It was apparent by the pink faces and groans during the course of these evenings that this was fully appreciated by the participants!
This workshop will be perfect for companies who want to introduce easy to follow fitness sessions for their staff. Ideal for a lunchtime or end of day, I can't wait to see what changes we can make to people's health by adding this fast fitness experience to the sedentary working week.
