This is a 60 minute session tailored to help you acheive your goals using a variety of equipment and fitness methods. It can be offered as an occasional boost, a regular part of your fitness regime or as part of a fitness and lifestyle package.
Small Group Personal Training: £50 + £10 per session - Click here to arrange a session
This is a series of supervised sessions. It includes a 1:1 Fitness Analysis at £50 plus a block of sessions of supervised activity alongside 6 or 7 other people. It's held on Wednesdays at 11am in Blairgowrie.
